Enrichments Breakdown
Seasonal Focus Areas
At Aurora-Christine School of Arts, we believe every child deserves the chance to explore their creativity, discover new passions, and grow with confidence. Our year-round enrichment program offers a wide variety of opportunities, thoughtfully divided into semesters so students can immerse themselves in one discipline at a time while still enjoying the excitement of fresh experiences throughout the year.
Fall – Gymnastics
The school year begins with movement, energy, and balance. Gymnastics helps students build strength, coordination, flexibility, and perseverance, all while boosting self-confidence as they master new skills and celebrate their progress.
Early Winter – Culinary Arts
As the seasons change, students warm up in the kitchen. Our culinary arts program combines creativity with practical life skills, as children learn to measure, mix, and create their own dishes. Cooking fosters teamwork, patience, and independence—plus, it’s deliciously fun!
Late Winter – Painting
The new year brings vibrant opportunities for self-expression. Students explore painting through color, texture, and technique, learning how to turn imagination into art. This semester encourages creativity, reflection, and confidence as every child discovers the joy of creating something uniquely their own.
Spring – Exploration of the Arts
With the arrival of spring, curiosity blossoms. Students explore a wide range of art forms—from drawing and mixed media to crafts, design, and even performance-based activities. This semester is all about discovery, experimentation, and finding inspiration in new creative outlets.
Summer – Karate
The year concludes with strength and focus through karate. Students learn discipline, respect, and resilience while building both physical and mental confidence. Karate empowers children to channel their energy positively and prepares them to take on new challenges.
At Aurora-Christine School of Arts, every semester is more than a class—it’s an adventure. Whether tumbling in gymnastics, stirring in the kitchen, painting a masterpiece, experimenting with new art forms, or mastering karate moves, our students are always discovering, creating, and thriving. Each season offers growth, joy, and lasting memories that inspire children well beyond the classroom.
